Thanks for taking a moment to read my blurb. At a recent wedding, a guest who happened to have been an ex-client of ours, came up and told me that he still watches the film I did for him. Two years ago. About once a month. It was quite a surprise to me. I had only ever heard from his wife at the time that they had both really enjoyed it. Perhaps, I thought, she was just being kind on her husband's behalf. Maybe I'd imagined him watching it once and mildly tittering as his newlywed blubbed at "that bit near the end". But, no. Turns out that he was the fan. Later on at this wedding, the bride - holding their one year old child - with a weary (and maybe even accusatory) sigh said, "Oh yeah, he watches it all the bloody time". I couldn't have been more pleased!
As you can see from the example videos below (and the showreel on the homepage) I enjoy cutting to music. The bespoke songs are carefully considered and selected on their editing merit. I sometimes use strands of choice "dialogue" from the day, namely the ceremony or speeches and our package still includes 'The Whole Lot', a feature-length version of all the raw video and audio filmed on the day, so you can hear the vows or catch the best man's stag do anecdotes all over again.
If you already have your photographer booked and are able to upgrade to our two-man film (that's me and Dean), you could look at it as getting your whole wedding told from two perspectives. And if there is enough of a Facebook audience, we may also throw in a 'Coming Soon' teaser trailer to whet the appetite. In fact, it's all about the excitement, really.
And if there is excitement, then there's a better chance of you watching it "all the bloody time"! And that makes me pleased.
